Project: 6-panel, 8.5" x 11" self-mailing tri-fold brochure
Team: Wolf Design, Inc., BenU Marketing and Communications and Kelmscott Communications
Scope of project: This project was the extension of an existing marketing campaign for Benedictine University. Prospective students who had shown interest in the University were mailed this personalized brochure. The piece was designed with two versions of a main shell (incoming freshman and transfer students) that included five locations for personalization. In addition, variable design blocks were created to be populated according to the student’s interests. These variable sections included: 5 college-specific blocks, 5 college-specific testimonial blocks, 10 counselor-specific blocks and 72 major-specific blocks. Separate InDesign files were created for each of these entities.
